About me
Sarah graduated from The University of Toledo in Toledo, OH in 2014 with an entry-level Occupational Therapy Doctorate degree. She also obtained a graduate certificate in Contemporary Gerontological Practice. She started her career in SNF and Home Health, and has experience as a clinical educator both in the field and as a previous adjunct faculty member at Owens Community College Occupational Therapy Assistant program in Perrysburg, OH. She holds a certificate as an AOTA Fieldwork Educator. Currently, Sarah is a Senior Manager of Clinical Performance. She obtained her Certified Case Manager certificate in 2021. She is passionate about helping the aging population navigate a complex healthcare system, and advocating for a better system for all. She resides in SE Michigan, where she and her husband are raising their three children and two dogs.
