Karen Tibbs, MS, OTR/L is an occupational therapist in private practice and founder of At The Merger Inc., where she provides direct pediatric client care, training for educators and therapists working with neurodiverse and disabled children from early intervention through 12th grade. Her work emphasizes inclusive education, assistive technology, and sports inclusion. She is the author of School and Home-Based Learning: The Hybrid Educational Transdisciplinary Team. Karen presents nationally and internationally on assistive technology, AAC, chronic neurodiverse conditions, and community collaboration.
She holds certifications in assistive technology (ATACP, CSU Northridge), neuroscience and self-regulation, pediatric kinesiology taping, Beckman Oral Motor, and Orton-Gillingham. She is also trained in craniosacral techniques and is a certified Love and Logic facilitator.
