About me
Nikki Fliearman is a certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA) with Michigan Career and Technical Institute (MCTI) as a Custodial Trades Instructor. She has worked in the rehabilitation field for thirteen years. For several years she has collaborated with Grand Rapids Community College Fieldwork Coordinators, providing program feedback and supervision of level II fieldwork students. Nikki earned her associate degree as an occupational therapy assistant from Grand Rapids Community College in 2011, and her bachelor’s degree in health and human services from Western Michigan University, graduating with honors in 2017. She also became a certified ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Coordinator in 2023.
