About me
Cindy worked in baking for 29 years, has a BA with majors in speech and psychology and masters’ classes in counseling. During the banking reconstruction of 2009, she changed careers and returned to school with a new direction. During her first year in the OTA program at Baker College, Muskegon she attended her first MIOTA conference and quickly became involved shortly thereafter volunteering on the conference planning committee working side by side with Denise Justice, which led to being asked to join the executive board as finance director and has held that position for 8 years. During her years as a COTAL she has worked throughout Michigan at many 32 SNFs as well as in school, out patient, home health and hospital settings. Cindy is currently working in the Home Health Occupational Therapy field and PRN with Concept Rehab.
